Tupperware Fundraiser
This will be held at the A.T. Levy School, 135 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI on Tuesday, September 21st, from 6-8pm. We will be on hand to talk about our troop and show some of the things we have done. It is an opportunity to talk to families that are thinking of joining scouting and share our positive experiences. We will have a gift bag for children who are interested in joining our scout pack.
September 27th will be our first den meeting. We will meet at 6:00pm at the Beckwith Bruckshaw Memorial Lodge, 50 Lodge Road, Pascoag, RI. Join us for a fun evening as our young scouts work to earn a belt loop. At the same time (in a quieter location at the Lodge), our scoutmaster will explain how our troop works and will answer any questions that you may have.
The kids can hardly wait. This is one of the most popular events of the scouting year. Our Halloween party will be held at our first Pack meeting on Monday, October 25th. All of the children should come wearing their costume. Siblings are welcome to come and join in the fun. There will be prizes, games, food and lots more. Come and join us for an evening of safe Halloween fun!!
This was a very successful fundraiser for us last year and so we wanted to do it again this year. We will be handing out packets to all interested scouts at the September 27th den meeting. All you need to do is take orders from friends, neighbors and family and retrun the packet to the pack no later than October 18th. A percentage of all sales will go to the pack to help us fund our events this year. We really appreciate your help.
Come and join us for our first parent committee meeting of the scout year. All parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, den leaders and of course scoutmasters are encouraged to attend. Everyone is welcome to participate in our discussion and vote on what is important to your family in regards to scouting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 14th at Serios Pizzarama, 405 Church Street, Pascoag, RI
